Description
The passage tubes in aven are a great visualization tool, but currently they don't work very well for passages which are mostly vertical. Left and right often aren't very meaningful for subvertical legs. Instead of recording LRUD values, we often take measurements for 4 useful directions (such as along the long and short axes of the rift/shaft). It would be extremely useful to be able to display this data in aven.
A short example from San Wang Dong:
*data normal from to tape compass backcompass clino backclino ff690 fc1 12.13 230 049 -61 +61 fc1 fc2 04.96 244.5 064 -73 +71.5 fc2 fc3 17.15 - - DOWN -
