lib/survex.pot,src/commands.c,tests/cavern.tst,
tests/omitfixaroundsolve.out,tests/omitfixaroundsolve.svx: In the
case of more than one *fix without coordinates, still actually fix
the second and subsequent ones, to avoid then triggering bogus errors
about unconnected surveys.
