Include LRUD in page size when printing

For large passages, the LRUD markers sometimes end up outside the printable area of the page. When LRUD markers toggled on, their location should be taken into consideration when centering the data and calculating the number of pages needed. This is particularly noticeable when printing profiles of tall canyon passage.

Do you have a good testcase for this (to save me having to find or fabricate one)?

Print the following profile 1:500 on portrait A4 paper, and the up values will be off the top of the page:

*data normal from to tape compass clino 1 2 21.40 347.4 -14 2 3 48.16 060 +02.3

*data passage station left right up down 1 50 0 110 1.5 ; 2 30 18 105 8 ; 3 45 23 80 18 ;
