Updated German messages.

Updated NEWS and TODO.htm.

aven: suppress distance measuring line during auto-rotation and animated
tilting.

Fixed typo for "zoom out" menu accelerator in Italian.

aven: Translate "Altitude" in distance pane.

aven: Eliminated superfluous flag "m_DrawDistLine".

aven: Fixed "found stations" to be yellow, rather than a yellow ring
around a random other colour.
