          Since wxWidgets only supports building for a single arch at a time,
          build for i386 by default, which should also work on x86_64.  Pass
          CPP=cpp to wxWidgets configure (not certain if this is actually
          needed, or was something tried on the way to discovering that only
          one -arch option can be passed).

          again.  It's easy to write such a header by hand if you really want
          to do this.

          gives the survey dates in days in days1 and days2 instead of as

          than expr to check what we've been asked to build.  Update to use
          unicode wx-config script for wxmsw.  The wxmsw build spews warnings
          about aliasing issues, so turn on -fno-strict-aliasing to avoid any
          potential bugs from that.  Enable -Werror for the wxmsw build.
        * Makefile.am: Update list of wxstd.mo files we package for wxmsw
          (add pt and sk) and where we copy them from.  Copy the unofficial
          InnoSetup i18n files (.isl) from lib.
