src/gfxcore.cc,src/mainfrm.cc: Enable "colour by date" if there are
any surveys with date information. Move the "Undated" / "Not in
loop" entry down a little to improve the appearance. Make each
entry in the colour keys a pixel taller so it's an even number of
pixels and will divide by two exactly.
