Known Issues with 1.4.18

• Upgrading to 1.4.18 from a previous release can result in aven failing on startup. The problem is the installer sees some of the DLLs have the same version so doesn't upgrade them, but the old versions lack some symbols used by the newly built aven. The workaround is to uninstall then reinstall. This is fixed in 1.4.19 where the installer is set to always install DLLs if they are different to those already installed.

• (Microsoft Windows version): As of 1.4.18, running aven creates an extra empty window which seems to stay open until aven is closed. Aven's main window opens in front of this useless window so it doesn't really get in the way but it shouldn't be there.
