Known Issues with 1.4.11

• The build of aven in the Microsoft Windows installer fails when started for many (all?) users. Use 1.4.12 (or if you need aven's new "Overlay Geodata" feature, use 1.4.15).

• The Microsoft Windows installer is now built via Github actions; previously Olly cross-compiled it on his Linux development machine. This means you need to trust Github, which is owned by Microsoft, but you are running a Microsoft OS so you presumably trust Microsoft already.

• The Microsoft Windows installer no longer support Vista. Microsoft ended support over 7 years ago so we don't expect it to still be in use.

• The Microsoft Windows installer now installs a 64-bit build.

• The Microsoft Windows installer is now a much larger download and it requires significantly more disk space to install. We'd like to reduce this, but it seems hard to do.

• Survex 1.4.x requires PROJ >= 6.2.0. If you need to build with an older version of PROJ, Survex 1.2.x works with PROJ < 8.
