     3* The build of aven in the Microsoft Windows installer fails when started for many (all?) users.  Use 1.4.12 (or if you really need aven's new "Overlay Geodata" feature, use 1.4.9).

    35* The Microsoft Windows installer is now built via Github actions; previously Olly cross-compiled it on his Linux development machine.  This means you need to trust Github, which is owned by Microsoft, but you are running a Microsoft OS so you presumably trust Microsoft already.
