0.93 NEWS file was never checked in - done.
Fixes to work with latest cvs automake (needed for 3DTODXF_*).
Tentative fix for bug reported by Leandro - cavern would segfault in
articulate() on second *solve - static data wasn't being reset.
Applied xcaverot patches from Leandro: fix menu buttons, keyboard shortcuts,
colour of station markers, scalebar length and text display, mouse
right-button "cave drag", centre-button "plan/elevation switch", zoom in/out
menu button.
Fixed "matrix wouldn't invert" problem with certain datasets - EPSILON based
test for singular matrix was usign too small a threshold; added regression
test (bug2).
Check for sgmltools v3 (sgmltools-lite) as well as v2.
BorlandC and RISC OS config files are now regenerated when version number is
updated.
