Backport changes from 1.2.0:
survex.iss.in: Add comment noting that AppVerName? isn't required by
newer InnoSetup?.
survex.iss.in: Use ​http://survex.com/ rather than
​http://www.survex.com/ - the former is the canonical name and
www.survex.com just redirects.
