src/gla-gl.cc: If we aren't using GL_POINTS for blobs, draw them
using a series of abutting lines rather than with gluDisk which
is faster and gives a consistent shape.

30 we now support dates from 1900-2078 (rather than 1970-2037) with a
31 smaller file size. The img API is now versioned - you can select
32 the new "version 1" by compiling with -DIMG_API_VERSION=1, which
33 gives the survey dates in days in days1 and days2 instead of as
34 time_t values in date1 and date2. Fixes ticket#14.
