INSTALL: Mention building wxWidgets with --enable-unicode. Mention
using sudo for the install. Capitalise Survex when talking about
the package.
+ doc/manual.sgml: Replace building from source instructions with a
pointer to the clearer instructions in INSTALL. Make it clear that
installing with administrator rights applies to NT, 2000, XP *or
newer*.
