src/gfxcore.cc: Increase scale bar maximum width from 65% of the
window width to 75% as it was in 1.0.x, but if that would overlap
the clino then reduce it down until it reaches 50%. Allow zooming
in a little further to match what was possible in 1.0.x. (ticket#23)
