src/mainfrm.h: We don't need the "un-fullscreen to show dialog" hack
with recent wxGTK. Also, there's no reason to think we need it for
other platforms (it was enabled everywhere except Microsoft Windows
before).

1616          rotations rather than messing around setting up and then decoding a
1617          quaternion.  This fixes some glitches when tilting while looking
1618          east, and eliminates 2 source files and 2 headers!
