          the valid range to be specified, but for now we infer it from the
          zero error - if this is within 45 degrees of 90 then we assume the
          range is 0 to 180.

          "Plan View"/"Elevation" info box field with the field which gives
          the bearing and reduce the height on the info box by the removed
          field, so it's now 3cm for plans and elevations, as for extended
          elevations.  Report the tilt angle for tilted elevations which it
          seems has been missing for ages (it's not in recent 1.0.x either).

          we now support dates from 1900-2078 (rather than 1970-2037) with a
          smaller file size.  The img API is now versioned - you can select
          the new "version 1" by compiling with -DIMG_API_VERSION=1, which
          gives the survey dates in days in days1 and days2 instead of as
          time_t values in date1 and date2.  Fixes ticket#14.

          numeric values, so the shorter (now official) names are better.
