src/gfxcore.h,src/guicontrol.cc: Pressing "F5" forces all GLAList
objects to be invalidated and then forces a refresh of the display.
This is intended as a debugging aid - if pressing F5 changes the
display at all then there's a missing case where a list should
have been invalidated.
