          with an approach based on glBitmap.  This doesn't suffer from the

          and is actually significantly faster on some machines.  The current
          font used is (mostly) fixed-width, but this isn't an inherent
          limitation - it was just the easiest font data to convert to a
          usable format.

          gives the survey dates in days in days1 and days2 instead of as
          time_t values in date1 and date2.  Fixes ticket#14.

          about aliasing issues, so turn on -fno-strict-aliasing to avoid any
          potential bugs from that.  Enable -Werror for the wxmsw build.
        * Makefile.am: Update list of wxstd.mo files we package for wxmsw
          (add pt and sk) and where we copy them from.  Copy the unofficial
          InnoSetup i18n files (.isl) from lib.

          rotations rather than messing around setting up and then decoding a
          quaternion.  This fixes some glitches when tilting while looking
          east, and eliminates 2 source files and 2 headers!
