        * lib/afm2txf.pl: Fix to correctly handle non-ASCII glyphs by using
          glyphshow in the generated PostScript code rather than relying on the
          numeric encoding order of the font to match Unicode (which doesn't
          generally seem to be the case).  Tweak to process files without
          slurping them all into memory where that's easy to do.

          Since wxWidgets only supports building for a single arch at a time,
          build for i386 by default, which should also work on x86_64.  Pass

          needed, or was something tried on the way to discovering that only
          one -arch option can be passed).

          mechanism which automatically generates headers to allows building a

          again.  It's easy to write such a header by hand if you really want
          to do this.

          About dialog.  Change "OK" button to "Close" since nothing is being
          confirmed by clicking it.  Call "Flush()" in wxTheClipboard to try
          to make the copied text persist after aven is closed, though this
          seems to currently do nothing on wxGTK at least.
