16	svx files with unconnected parts	Duncan Collis	Olly Betts	"Occasionally we end up with a .svx file containing bits of survey which are not connected directly to each other. Currently to print these out it's necessary to selectively comment out parts of the file and reprocess.

Would it be possible to add the following behaviour to cavern?: on processing a .svx file which contains parts that aren't connected to each other, optionally (dependent on a command line option) produce multiple .3d files, one for each part of the survey.  So for example foo.svx containing 3 bits of survey that don't connect directly to each other would result in  foo.part1.3d, foo.part2.3d foo.part3.3d"	enhancement	closed	minor	1.4.10	cavern		fixed
