buildmacosx.sh: Build a static version of PROJ and use it. Get wx
tarball from a sourceforge mirror as the wx ftp site has a
permissions problem. Build wx with --disable-webview to avoid a
compilation failure. Use wx-config --cc and --cxx to get the
compilers to use for building everything else, as wx adds options
to them which otherwise cause linking errors.
