lib/,src/netskel.c,tests/: Drop "between nodes" from the progress
messages while solving the survey network, as the extra words don't
make the meaning clearer, and "node" doesn't mean exactly the same
here as the summary of nodes printed at the end of processing, which
is a bit confusing.
